The objective of this brief was to hypothetically present to the curators of Design Indaba create food design masterpieces that celebrate and interpret South African fast/street/junk food. The food photography was to have a distinctive South African flavour or identity. The series could tackle serious issues around fast food industry ethics, hunger, sustainability and access to healthy food in South Africa. Alternatively It could also celebrate South African culture and identity through a frivolous interpretation.
I chose to tackle serious issues around fast food but with Wit.
